Polymat NC
Especially when being used for low batch counts, the drawing technology of the Leistritz Polymat model range displays its advantages with a great deal of flexibility as regards profile geometry.
The Leistritz Polymat NC machines are an economical solution for creating clearance grooves/gages in clearance boreholes (single or multiple groove). The Polymat NC is generally designed as a two-axle machine.
Polymat CNC
Especially when being used for low batch counts, the drawing technology of the Leistritz Polymat model range displays its advantages with a great deal of flexibility as regards profile geometry.
Whether it is being used for single-item production or in automated series operation, Leistritz Polymat CNC machines are universal and flexible. Thanks to the controlled axis, interpolation is possible. This way, special profiles in clearance boreholes (oblique, lubrication and twist grooves), grooves in blind holes as well as (ir)regular multiple grooves/profiles can be drawn in addition to the normal feather key grooves - and all this in accordance with DIN 6885.
Polyjet 50
The electric keyseating machine Leistritz Polyjet 50 opens a new dimension in profile and keyseating technology for the operator. Hydraulics are omitted thanks to the linear actuator. This way both the amount of space it takes up and the noise level are reduced considerably. This generation of machines has the same capacity as substantially more complex broaching machines as well as the flexibility and economy of a keyseating machine.
Applications: feather key grooves, inner and outer profiles, grooves in conical boreholes, twist grooves, varieties of profile also in mid and large scale.
